2. Use of this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for lawful browsing and, in future, purchasing. We may change site content, catalogue information or these terms at any time.

3. Product descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately. Where set, edition, contents or photography details have not been confirmed by a supplier, they are not published. Generic placeholder images are used to illustrate format only and do not represent the exact product supplied.

4. Product availability

Catalogue items are currently marked Coming Soon or Out of Stock and are not available to order. Listing a product does not mean it is in stock or that stock has been secured.

5. Pricing

Prices show as “Price to be confirmed” until they are set. When prices are published they will be in pounds sterling and will state whether VAT is included, based on our VAT status at that time. If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel an affected order and refund any payment taken.

6. Order process and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean the order has been accepted. A contract is only formed when we send a confirmation that the order has been accepted and dispatched or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify the order details.

7. Payment

Online checkout is not active and no payment provider is connected. When payments go live, payment will be taken through a third-party provider named at checkout and in our privacy policy.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms, services and charges are set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Consumer cancellation rights, return conditions and refund handling are described in our Shipping & Returns page and apply in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Sealed-product condition

Sealed products are sold as sealed items. We cannot confirm or guarantee the contents of a sealed product and do not accept returns of unwanted items whose factory seal has been opened or tampered with. Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

11. Intellectual property

The Vaultside Cards name, logo, site design, text and original graphics belong to us and may not be copied without permission. All third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

12. Prohibited conduct

• Using the site unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Scraping, mass automated access or interfering with site operation
• Submitting false, abusive or misleading information through our forms

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
